These savory keto bagel bites are coated in Everything Bagel seasoning and are the perfect side or low-carb snack.

Ingredients:
Bagel Filling
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Green Onions chopped
Bagel Dough
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 2 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 Large Egg
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place the mozzarella cheese and 2 ounces of the cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl.

Heat for 30 seconds at a time until completely melted and blended.

Add the cheese dough to a mixing bowl with the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt and an egg. Beat on high until a smooth dough forms.

Cut the remaining cream cheese into 8 half ounce cubes, and press some of the chopped green onions into the top of each out.

Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 8 even sized balls.

Flatten the balls of dough with your hand, and press a cube of cream cheese with green onions into the center of each one.

Fold the dough up around the cream cheese.

Top the bagel bites with the Everything seasoning and then bake for 15 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
