- 1packet instant yeast

- 7 slices pepperoni
- 4 tbsps.cooked Italian sausage
- 2 tbsps.feta

- In the first step of pita pocket recipes preheat your oven to 400 degrees and take a baking sheet or grease with oil/butter parchment paper.
- Take a large bowl and add almond flour, xanthan gum, yeast, and seasoning. Mix together with hand mixer till well combined. And then add 2 beaten eggs and whisk well.
- Take a medium bowl and add mozzarella and cream cheese and melt it for 25 to 30 seconds in the oven or till it has melted properly.
- Once melted properly, add it to flour and egg mixture scraping the sides down.
- With wet hands press mixture for 5 to 10 minutes till well combined.
- By using wet hands, separate the dough into 4 balls.
- Roll the dough balls into fancy shapes and making a small dent in the middle.
