These delicious Keto Jalapeno Poppers have only 1.3 Net Carbs per popper and only 4 ingredients. Plus, low carb, gluten free and sugar free.


  • PREP TIME10 minutes
  • COOK TIME40 minutes
  • TOTAL TIME50 minutes


  • 10 large jalapeno peppers
  • 1 12.5oz can of chicken (drained)
  • 1 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sharp shredded cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl, add a can of drained chicken, cream cheese and shredded cheese
  3. Combine all ingredients together
  4. Cut each jalapeno pepper in half
  5. Spoon mixture into each half of pepper
  6. Place each pepper onto a baking sheet
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes


Each popper: 65 calories, 5g fat, 1.3 net carbs
