The best keto protein shake recipe EVER!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup unsweet almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder I like Quest Birthday Cake
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum

INSTRUCTIONS:

    • Add ingredients to the blender.
    • Blend for 4 to 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
  • Serve and enjoy!
